Our production of digital Toner printing systems to decorate 3D objects begins with the global spread of xerographic machines "4-color Toner LASER printers.
The idea of using a widespread, assisted, small-sized "commercial printing engine" equipped with consumables available everywhere leads us to create our Toner LASER printers called DIGITRON.
The MASTER of all our systems is therefore the DIGITRON printer, equipped with a commercial LASER printing engine through which it is possible to create texts with any font, images and personalized graphics using just one computer, avoiding the cost and time of clichés necessary in traditional printing, avoiding drying systems with extremely rapid production times. The Direct Digital Transfer technology developed by us, equipped with patented equipment, is characterized by a high-precision LASER printing unit that prints the graphics on a flat support, intermediary film, which is heat-compressed on the object to transfer the image onto it immediately dried without drying systems. The heat-compression of the Toner image on the object does not require a perfectly cylindrical rotation of the object or a perfectly flat surface, furthermore since the image is already generated it cannot be altered during application. The print register, internal to the printing unit, is made up of a spectrophotometric system that determines the density, register and tone of the image, while the colorimetry can be managed via a printing RIP through an easy-to-use program that allows all adjustments. The LASER printing with 4 independent laser units allows you to select the number of lines and the printing DOT to obtain the best print quality.
The printer does NOT require preventive cleaning cycles even after prolonged pauses.
