Training
Our training modules are made for machine operators and maintenance workers. The training aims to make people understand processes, manage production, and intervene SAFELY in cases of failure in order to reduce downtime. Standard training is provided at our site or arranged at the customer’s site.
Technical Support
We provide both telematic, remote support in the main languages spoken English, French and Spanish. The video tutorials provided , web meetings, and the use of remote access and control software to the machines allow comprehensive ‘support for customers. Since the printers are equipped with commercial print engines spread throughout the world, it is possible to arrange with local dealers for service and supply of consumables. The modularity with which the printers are made makes it possible to replace the print engine easily, autonomously without stopping production.
Prevention Services
The software provided allows you to run a preventive maintenance checklist in order to:
Reduce human error: implementing checklists through which to follow steps allows you to avoid occasional errors;
Achieve rapid resolution of problems: thanks to the checklists, technicians can carry out rapid checks, reducing maintenance times;
Reduce the cost and frequency of malfunctions: by monitoring the conditions of the equipment and recording sensor data, automatic actions are activated that help reduce costly malfunctions.
Quantify costs and benefits: by monitoring working conditions, costs, performance and residual useful life, it is possible to reduce malfunctions and downtime.
Increase professional efficiency: by following the checklists, operators improve their professional skills, becoming autonomous.
The supply of spare parts following the maintenance data time table allows you to avoid or minimize machine downtime, especially when replaced autonomously.
Accessories Services
The consumables of digital printing systems (ink, transfer film, …) can be supplied to customers who benefit from them compared to buying them independently, without any constraint as they are commercial materials independently available on the digital graphic printing market.
Being a commercial printing engine, customers can purchase all consumables from local dealers in complete autonomy.
