Sealant cartridges

Our innovative direct digital  printing system on plastic cartridges DHDT for TUBES allows printing on cylindrical plastic tubes with high performance such as high resolution, micro-font printing, maximum flexibility allowing the change of graphics "on the fly".
The system consisting of a DIGITRON printer and a thermo-mechanical applicator APPLITRON 800 allows you to work IN LINE therefore applying the graphic images while the printer prints or OFF LINE separating the printing process from the application maximizing the flexibility of the system.
The transfer of the solid ink intermediated by the support film makes the Digital transfer printing system particularly tolerant with respect to the eccentricity of the cylindrical body. Solutions with integrated UV lacquering unit with low consumption LED lamps are available.
