Blown plastic bottles

Machines for printing directly on plastic containers, such as blown plastic bottles, using Digital Toner technology are an absolute novelty in the packaging market.
We have the automatic DIGITRON digital laser printer system and APPLITRON 880-BB thermo-mechanical applicator which, using dry inks, Toner, does not require drying systems, is ready for use even after prolonged pauses without the need for preventive cleaning.
Printing does not require clichés as the digital file is printed and transferred thermo-mechanically onto the objects.
The toners, powder inks, are transported by means of electrostatic charge and create the images by means of a laser beam, therefore with great resolution thanks to contact transfer; the colorimetry can be managed by means of a printing RIP through an easy-to-use program that allows all adjustments, characterizing the system for simplicity and flexibility in use and quality of the graphics.
