Stackers

Complementing the digital and/or traditional decoration lines are automatic systems for stacking conical plastic containers, creating neat stacks that can be palletised.

These systems can serve not only digital and/or traditional decorating lines but also die-cut lines and can be connected to the automatic film wrapping machine.

The stacker installed at the exit of a digital or traditional decorating line or at the exit of the injection moulding machine is equipped with an infeed conveyor, from which the containers are transferred to an orientation station that allows the buckets or side handles to be in the same position. The containers are then carefully stacked. When a stack has reached the predefined height, it is transferred to the plant exit for further palletisation.

RAN (Restacking Automation) stacking systems have a small size, compactness, horizontal or vertical layout to facilitate integration into existing operating lines.

RAN stacking systems adopt a servo control system for lifting and stacking with gear and rack transmission to achieve smooth movement, accurate control and avoid scratches during stacking.

User-friendly operator interface. Process management via PLC, customisable for each application. Interfaceable with other machines in the line to automate the entire process.
