Hybrid system MAPS SC – UV

The model MAPS-S-C/U.V. is an automatic machine at high resolution for 1-2-3-4 colours silk-screen printing and U.V. ray drying ink.

In the field of decoration of plastic containers with round/square base and cases this machine is a new important system having the following features:

• use of re-circulating pump for a ink to allow high printing autonomy and vertical positioning of screen printing NO RACLA
• high printing accuracy thanks to the use of an NC system of container’s motion;
• use of a gas burner for surface treatment of container for a better silk-screen printing;
• use of a colour drying source for using the colour most suitable for the decoration;
• high printing speed on both sides of the container with a single machine;
• reduced overall dimensions;
• very silent;
• very easy to use;
• protection degree and building in compliance with the CE norm.
