Hybrid system MAPS 1000 – UV

 In the field of plastic container production, this machine is a new important system having the following features:

• modular type structure, that can be assembled in line to build multicolour systems up to 6 colours;
• extremely simple structure. The machine uses only a piece support for each colour, only one mandrel, thus enabling a considerable time reduction for size change
• pre-setting system of the blocks out the machine with total adjustment possibility; this allows the machine to be prepared for the following printing while it is working, with a considerable time reduction
• great printing accuracy, thanks to the utilization of a fixed piece support for each colour and to the pre-setting out of the machine;
• utilization of two drying sources: standard and U.V. ray drying, so as to guarantee the most suitable colour choice for any requirement, keeping the traditional working system.
