The MMHT 1000 machine is capable of automatically inserting a pre-formed metal handle with an attachment at the end into containers of all shapes and sizes. The various versions of this machine allow the use of pre-formed handles with wide machining tolerances, guaranteeing reliability and precision in insertion.
Servo controlled motors guarantee precision and reliability in the movement of moving parts while productivity is improved thanks to the cycle control via PLC. This machine can be controlled remotely thanks to the appropriate hardware and software, allowing teleassistance by the operator. Remote control allows teleassistance by equipping the system with appropriate software and hardware.
Finally, the machine can be equipped with an unstacker system at the entrance and a re-stacker system at the exit.
