Automatic system DHDT TUBES

Direct digital printing on plastic tubes such as sealing cartridges, grease cartridges for grease guns, rigid cylindrical tubes, glue tubes, flexible tubes for hygiene and cosmetics.

The DHDT TUBES system allows the customization of the container allowing creativity and print quality without installation costs (e.g. cliché) as it is possible to thermo-mechanically transfer the graphics from the computer to the printer and therefore to the object in a direct, simple and totally automatic way.

The use of dry inks, Toner, does not require drying systems and allows the use of the system, even after prolonged pauses, excluding preventive cleaning. The toners are transported by means of electrostatic charge and create the images by means of a laser beam, therefore with great resolution and the colorimetry can be managed by means of a printing RIP through an easy-to-use program that allows all adjustments.

Toner printing, dry ink, is in four-color process (C-M-Y-K) and allows the creation of up to 16 million colors.

The DHDT TUBES system is a complete digital solution consisting of a DIGITRON printer, master of the system, IN LINE with the image applicator, it can be supplied with the feeding/orientation system of the pieces at the entrance and a system for conveying the pieces towards the boxing machine or the filling system at the exit.

The system can be equipped with a lacquering unit with a UV drying system.
