The DHDT PAILS system allows for customization of both small quantities, medium and large batches, endless variations at a fixed cost allowing for creativity and print quality.
The DHDT PAILS system is a complete digital solution consisting of a DIGITRON printer, the system master, IN LINE with the applicator of images, the destacker that allows one container at a time to be removed from the sorted stacks and with the re-stacker that provides at the outlet sorted stacks of decorated containers ready for palletization or filling. Software designed to be integrated with industrial software to optimize production activities (Industry 4.0) is available.
In just a few seconds, it is possible to obtain the graphics, set on the computer, transferred onto your container without any manipulation, making the process more efficient compared to the traditional HEAT TRANSFER process which instead involves the management of pre-printed reels.
The format change is simple and intuitive, in about 15 minutes it is possible to change the format and capacity of the container, in a few seconds it is possible to change the graphics to be applied on the pail making it possible to change the image “while printing”
Containers in the (1-20)lt range can be decorated, having any cylindrical, truncated cone, circular, square or elliptical geometry, checking compatibility between the various formats.
