The APPLITRON 800-JAR applicator is an automatic machine for digital printing by thermal transfer, HEAT TRANSFER, of digital images produced with DIGITRON laser printers on truncated-conical containers with a circular base in small rigid plastic material such as jars. It is characterized by high performance, up to 75 cycles/minute, extreme ease of use, simplicity in format change, quality of decoration.
APPLITRON 800 can label/decorate plastic packaging made of PP (polypropylene) with or without floating or banded plastic or metal handle used in the following sectors: food industry, chemical industry, paint and varnish sector.
The moving parts are driven by servo-controlled electric motors, electronically controlled. The print head has 4 quick-fit spindles. The format change requires the replacement of the piece-holding spindles in addition to a few simple numerical adjustments, the estimated time of a trained operator is 15 minutes.
The APPLITRON 800 applicator works stand alone with respect to the DIGITRON digital printer, capable of printing in four-color process (C-M-Y-K) up to 16 million colors at high resolution. Equipped with accumulation plans for ordered stacks both at the input and output, it allows considerable working autonomy.
