We have been designing and manufacturing high-tech machines for direct printing, labeling and finishing of containers of various shapes and sizes for over 40 years.
Our history begins with the production of automatic machines for screen and offset printing of plastic containers, production of modular and multi-format systems.
The ideas, always innovative, supported by the design department are aimed at achieving maximum efficiency and usability of the product.
Since 2000 we have revolutionized the 3D printing industry by introducing direct DIGITAL LASER printing. We have developed the technology, of which we are the owners, equipping it with powerful and modular hardware, flexible software for customizable solutions.
Today our production becomes intelligent, integrated and innovative to increase the productivity and sustainability of the processes.
Investments in research and development have allowed us to spread our products throughout the world, consolidating the position of G.M.C MACHINERY GROUP among the main manufacturers operating in the packaging printing sector in the plastics and rubber, chemical, paint and varnish, educational and food industries.

GMC begins the production of systems for the decoration of plastic containers “screen printing and offset technology” completing the lines with the creation of palletizing robots, filling machines, container finishing systems such as: lacquering, shaping and application of handles, transport systems, de-stacking and re-stacking systems to provide complete work systems

Year 2000
GMC designs and patents the world’s first direct transfer decoration system of thermoplastic ink, “Toner”, on three-dimensional plastic objects.

Year 2012
GMC introduces direct digital decoration of objects, printing and transfer in a single process. The different solutions proposed, thanks to the scalability of the technology, are aimed at both the packaging manufacturers and packaging users industry.

Peculiarities of direct digital transfer decoration
from pc to you packaging by one click
Versatility and flexibility
Conical containers with a circular, square or elliptical base with or without a handle, in plastic or metal, cylindrical containers with different capacities, “top-down” decoration, “all around” with images up to 16 million four-color process colors independently, “on demand”, micro font, high resolution. No print proofs. No preventive preparation of clichés or printing screens. Any modification and/or adjustment made directly on the graphic file without additional costs and without minimum quantity constraints.
Maximum quality
The high print quality obtainable thanks to high-resolution digital printers is possible on any production batch.
Scalability
The GMC Digital transfer decoration consisting of the “Master” printer element and the “slave” transfer applicator can be supplied in different production configurations up to the fully automatic and smart solution.
