Automatic applicator APPLITRON 960

The applicator, a HEAT transfer labelling machine for digital images, can decorate the packaging used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, paint and varnish industries.

The APPLITRON 960 machine  can work stand alone with respect to DIGITRON, digital  printers, or IN LINE with them, maximizing the potential of the system: direct printing on the container up to 16 million four-colour process colours, line images, spot colours, photographic images and micro fonts. Brilliant decoration without the use of lacquer thanks to the properties of the toner, the image support film and the special transfer unit. The printing system is supplied with a unit for unstacking containers at the entrance and restacking at the exit. It is also possible to equip the exit with a stack magazine for the subsequent palletization of the decorated product or to be sent to the filling system.

The HEAT transfer machine, APPLITRON 960,  has been designed with a single workpiece spindle to ensure simple and rapid format change, reduced system footprint and reduced cost for auxiliary equipment, proving to be advantageous compared to multi-spindle.

Flame treatment of the pre-print container with a high-efficiency controlled plasma burner. Servo-controlled adjustment of the inclination of the container support spindle, electro-pneumatic control of the transfer unit in relation to the conicity of the container. 100% recyclable pails.
