Automatic HEAT Transfer applicator of digital images on plastic bodies of markers, graphic markers, writing products.
HDT-PEN system allows the decoration of the plastic body of markers and graphic markers of different sizes by transferring digital images printed with LASER DIGITRON printers.
The system can be supplied equipped with an orientation system, equipped with a random fill selector, capable of orienting the bodies for loading onto the applicator, and a video camera positioned on the motorized belts capable of recirculating the bodies that are not correctly oriented.
The applicator’s image transfer unit is driven by high-precision brushless motors and is equipped with eight quick-release spindles that allow for rapid format changes.
The loading and unloading of the decorated body are carried out with electronically controlled mechanical belt-driven systems.
The high-definition, photographic-quality digital images to be transferred onto the objects to be decorated (markers, plastic graphic markers) are printed on non-stick commercial media to allow their labelling by transfer applicator, APPLITRON 800P, stand alone from the printers.
