Automatic applicator APPLITRON 700

Given its prerogatives, it is the most widespread of our digital portfolio for the versatility and efficiency that characterize it. This applicator, a HEAT  transfer labelling machine for digital images, can decorate the packaging used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, paint and varnish industries.

APPLITRON 700 can work stand alone with respect to DIGITRON digital printers or IN LINE with them maximizing the potential of the system: direct printing on the container up to 16 million four-color colors, line images, spot colors, photographic images and micro fonts. The automatic digital transfer printing system requires a container unstacking system at the entrance which can be a vertical stack system (DAN 1300) or horizontal stack system (DAN 1000), a re-stacker at the exit with vertical stacks RAN1300 or horizontal stacks RAN1000 and can be equipped with a stack magazine for subsequent palletization or filling.

Thanks to the new transfer unit, designed and produced by GMC, with reduced energy consumption, the reduced thickness transfer film and the low melting temperature toner, high-gloss prints can be obtained without having to lacquer them. Image quality and high resolution are the prerogative of DIGITRON, digital  printers, masters of the process. A matt finish is also possible, to satisfy any graphic need. The transfer decoration with GMC digital printing free from lacquer and solvents can be defined as a 100% green decoration.
