MMHT 600 is an automatic machine for the insertion of pre-formed or flat plastic handles, even joined together on plastic buckets.
This type of handle assembling machine is able to automatically insert a pre-formed or flat plastic handle into containers of any shape and size with a hooking head at the end.
The machine can be supplied in various versions:
- pre-formed plastic handles,
- flat plastic handles,
- flat plastic handles with upstream feeder.
The movement of the moving parts is realised with servo-controlled motors guaranteeing precision and reliability, the cycle control by means of a PLC guarantees reduced cycle times and consequently high productivity, the remote control allows remote assistance by equipping the system with special software and hardware. The machine can be equipped with a destacker system at the inlet and a re-stacker system at the outlet.
The MMHT 600 handle clamping machine is highly versatile, allowing different products to be used by means of simple adjustments. Work safety is always a priority in our designs, and the safety barriers, an integral part of the design, meet the most stringent industry standards.
