Destackers

To complete the digital and/or traditional decoration lines, automatic systems are created to separate and orient the containers taken from the stacks placed on the pallets to make the systems complete and functional.

In addition to digital and/or traditional decoration lines, these systems can also serve the neck filler lines and filling systems in colour factories (plastic or metal containers) and/or operating lines in food industries using rigid plastic containers (polypropylene, high-density polyester, etc.).

Several fully automatic solutions are available, which can be customised according to the specifications of the system to be fed:

• loading of the horizontal stack from the collection surface;
• loading of the vertical stack onto a conveyor belt;
• separation of containers and transport of the container with the mouth up;
• separation of containers and transport of container with mouth down.

Container separation is fully automated. Each destacking unit, vertical or horizontal, can handle several container formats over a wide working range by means of simple auxiliary equipment; format changeover adjustment during the production cycle is carried out with a few simple adjustments.

The handling of the packages is adjustable, by touch display you can change the movement parameters such as: acceleration and deceleration ramp, package size, speed,… the precision of handling is by servo controlled motors.

Horizontal or vertical destacking systems process a wide variety of small or large, round, square or oval containers, increasing the flexibility and production reliability of the line.
